Crenshaw Blvd. is a fast-action lowrider movie that depicts a modern-day conflict of morality reminiscent of the films “To Kill A Mockingbird” and "City of God." Quincy "Quick " Lyles is a premier car customizer who has two strikes against him when he is unduly framed for his third strike, which could land him in jail for the rest of his life. His young apprentice and lowrider protege, Emilio, fights to clear his name, while also enlisting his help to complete for the title of the finest car in the jungle of Crenshaw Blvd.
